01 General Terms

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account on Pinup Bet. Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Pinup Bet may request proof of identity, address, or source of income at any time. Failure to provide this information may result in withdrawals or other services being temporarily suspended.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on Pinup Bet can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is BDT 500 and the daily maximum is BDT 50,000. These limits are subject to change in accordance with Pinup Bet's Terms and Conditions.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of payment. Failed deposits are returned by the respective bank or mobile banking service.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure and all withdrawal conditions are satisfied, the funds will be returned.

10 Dispute Resolution

12 Changes to Terms & Enforceability
